WE ARE BEIS PLUMBING

We had a great experience with our kitchen faucet install. Sarah was able to set us up with a same day appointment, and Eric did an extremely professional job on the faucet. This is the second time we have used Beis and I have been extremely pleased both times. Will continue to use them for future plumbing needs.

One call did it all. I had to replace the water service line between the street and our house. My heart sank when I learned it was my responsibility to repair much less where to even start coordinating my largest home repair to date. After a few bids, Beis came in at the best price and they even followed up with me after. Payment was smooth and they can walk you through financing. My only complaint was nobody called to confirm a start date and I learned we were bumped to the head of the line when the plumbers were at my door. They did this because they knew of a medical need at our home. Caused a bit of a headache, but we survived.

The plumber showed up right on time and he showed me and walked me through every step he was taking and explained it so I guess it's true that you get what you pay for

Beis Plumbing was so professional and thorough. They called back to set up a time, and then called again when Michael was on his way. He was so helpful and careful with the project. The job was done quickly and reasonably. This is an A+ company to deal with. John
