Great experience all around. Special shout out to Kyle, our plumber/repairman. He was personable, thorough and got the job done and even heard a noise in the house which lead him to take a look at the water heater. We had our sewer line clog and backup recently, and the initial company that came out to clear it found that we still had some old cast iron as part of our main line that they said was in pretty bad shape. They suggested replacing it which would have been a pretty extensive and expensive job, including gutting a full bathroom, and they gave us an estimate. Contacted Beis for a 2nd opinion/estimate and they did a much more thorough examination and concluded that not only could the job be done without dismantling the bathroom, it wasn’t even all that necessary right now. Saved us a ton of money and gave us peace of mind, and they did it all for $0! Rare to find that kind of honesty as they could’ve easily convinced us to spend thousands. Tony and Zach were very courteous and professional, and they’ve put Beis on the top of our list for any future issues.

I had an emergency with a pipe that was busted. We do not have a basement. We have a crawlspace. Nobody ever wants to go underneath there! But I talked to this company in the morning and they sent someone out within a few hours. He went underneath there and fixed it! He did such a wonderful job and I’m so extremely happy with this company. I would definitely recommend them! Plus the price was within my budget!

It’s odd that the google reviews are so good but the reviews on Yelp are much more consistent with my experience (3/5 vs 4.8).We completed a full interior renovation and hired Beis based on their sales persons assurance that they provide consulting and plumbing services. It became evident very early that they do not do anything outside of connecting pipes. Their excuse was that they “fired that guy”.We aren’t professional plumbers so needed assistance and they not only could not give such but their competence and workmanship became so problematic that I paid them in full for work not complete just to rid us of this headache and hire a new company (Advanced Plumbing) and it’s been a polar opposite experience. They installed 2 toilets incorrectly, a drain, a shower fixture and caulked a bathtub an inch out of square and so sloppy. They put a toilet in the wrong room, no -recirc line on our tankless heater and simply deflect every complaint as their supervisor Tony, along with plumbers Mark and Ruben have strong attitudes about customers inconveniencing them. Their plumbers criticized their peers work routinely but claimed “there’s nothing we can do since it’s already installed”. I’d stay away from this company personally as it has a very poor attitude and weak plumbing expertise. My new company concurs and gracefully has fixed all of their defects. They wouldn’t even put a drain cap or connect a single appliance water line. Maybe a blessing in disguise!

Kyle with Beis plumbing was the absolute best. He saved us. He came out to deal with one leak, but because he was so thorough and professional, he found two other pin hole leaks. In his final checks he went to check outside just to be safe and found three other pinhole leaks that accounted for our enormous water bill. He knew a great deal about his trade. He explained everything and answered the multitude of questions we have. Eureka water is hard, Kyle gave us a variety of potential fixes to address the ongoing problems we are facing. He was friendly, nice, efficient, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. We will absolutely use their service when needed again in the future. We will specifically request Kyle. Price was reasonable. Service fee was reasonable. Time frames and windows for visit were immediate. We are glad to have finally found a reliable, trustworthy plumber.

Our old water heater gave out during the evening, and needed a new one the next day. Sara was able to get us scheduled the same day, and Eric K was awesome. We are previous customers who called most recently with A leaky water valve on the second floor that caved in the ceiling on our first floor. The office had Glenn in route to us within an hour of our phone call Glenn was professional and courteous and left a clean job site. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

We were having issues with the temperature of our shower. The support on the phone was always excellent with Sarah and they were flexible with our schedule.We had Glen come out to our house twice and both times he was quick and informative on everything that needed to be done. Had them come to do a P-Trap and set a shower pan on a concrete slab, as well as redo the valve and supply line for the shower. The plumbers were great, they communicated everything very well and were sure to keep us updated on any changes that had to be made. Very happy with the work and will most likely hire them again for other projects!

Great job! I was impressed with the professionalism of both Sarah, who answered my call, and Kyle, the technician that performed the work at my house. This was not emergency work, but I appreciated the fact that they got the job done in less than 24 hours. Kyle explained everything he was doing to do, and even gave me options so that I would feel comfortable with the solution. Great customer service. I will be calling again whenever an issue arises. Beis Plumbing….Where do I even start. The copious amount of lies told by Tony? The fact that it took 9 months for them to obtain an permit, a permit that Beis plumbing never scheduled afinal inspection for? The large amount of damage done to my property? The list goes on and on.Beis plumbing, the company that did unpermitted work on my property, WITH an expired license.Tony and Melissa were both terrible to deal with. Both would never return calls or uphold their promises. Tony became very rude after they got their payment from me. He would not take accountability for anything and was lying to me from the beginning.The work that Beis plumbing did still isn’t up to code. My new lateral main was only installed 5 inches below the ground, Instead of 30″, by their unqualified plumbers. (who have been fired now according to Tony. But that doesn’t help me at all.) The damage done to my Basement waterproofing, retaining wall, a very unlevel yard with trash left scattered around, purple primer flung absolutely every where, is just some of the damage done by beis plumbing. A lousy $1000 dollar credit doesn’t even to begin to cover it. According to Tony “I am playing games” butall I wanted was for a 9800 dollar job to be done right, but I guess that was too much to ask for.

Aaron, Matt, Phil and Eric are a great crew of hard working Plumbers. We had a big job replacing the old pipe in the basement floor. Then it rained and rained. Tony the supervisor designed a great solution with sump pump and connecting rock channel. My basement is dry and working well. Many challenges the guys fixed along the way. This team shows up and gets the job done on budget!!Added photos of finished job. Basement, French drain and yards of Iowa Rainbow rock under the deck.
