My mom had an emergency plumbing issue that needed to be addressed immediately. My brother called Beis Plumbing and spoke with Sara. He said that she was so very nice, understanding, and reassuring on the phone which was extremely comforting to my ...brother and also my mom. Eric K. was assigned to the job, and he was at my mom’s house within an hour or so of when my brother made the phone call. He came straight from another job. A text was sent letting us know that Eric was on the way. My husband and I were with my mom when Eric came to her house. He is very, very professional and knowledgeable. He also has a calm and level-headed demeanor. I told him he was the perfect person for emergency jobs because he makes his customers feel heard, supported, valued. My mom felt so much better about her situation after Eric explained the repair process. He is an outstanding plumber with excellent customer service skills. It is obvious that he goes above and beyond on a daily basis and takes pride in what he does. Beis Plumbing is fortunate to have two truly amazing employees. Thank you, Sara and Eric K.! I paid nearly $1300 for the “plumber” to solder in an elbow and put a ball valve in. I was fine paying a premium price but got amateur service. The “plumber” left my house without completing the service, he didn’t connect the grounding wire ...that was previously there because he was “running behind”. I contacted the company the next day to let them know about the issue and the leak that was present and they were unable to come by “after hours” which was 4pm for them to complete the job. They wanted me to take time off work so they could finish the job, oh and by the way they left my house in an unsafe condition, I’m assuming the electrical grounding wire is a safety issue,right?Read More...

One call did it all. I had to replace the water service line between the street and our house. My heart sank when I learned it was my responsibility to repair much less where to even start coordinating my largest home repair to date. After a few bids, ...Beis came in at the best price and they even followed up with me after. Payment was smooth and they can walk you through financing. My only complaint was nobody called to confirm a start date and I learned we were bumped to the head of the line when the plumbers were at my door. They did this because they knew of a medical need at our home. Caused a bit of a headache, but we survived.Read More...
