What Is Pipe Lining?

Pipe lining, also known as Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP), is a trenchless repair method used to rehabilitate existing sewer pipes without digging.

A flexible liner saturated with a special resin is inserted into your damaged pipe and then cured using UV light (LightRay® technology). Once cured, it forms a seamless, durable pipe within the original pipe — restoring strength, flow, and reliability.

Step-by-Step: How Pipe Lining Works

1. Camera Inspection

We start with a high-definition camera inspection to locate damage and confirm the pipe is a good candidate for lining.

2. Pipe Cleaning

The line is thoroughly cleaned to remove roots, debris, scale, and buildup so the liner can bond properly.

3. Liner Installation

A resin-saturated liner is inserted into the pipe and positioned using air pressure.

4. UV Curing (LightRay®)

UV light is used to cure the resin, creating a hard, seamless new pipe inside the old one.

5. Final Camera Inspection

We perform a final inspection to verify the liner is fully cured and the pipe is restored.
